Cisco Agri Challenge (CAC) contestants shared notes and exchanged ideas on cutting edge innovations in agriculture with leading researchers of Wageningen University & Research(WUR), Netherlands. During these interactions, the startup teams discussed specific technical problems with some of the leading researchers in the field of soil testing, satellite imagery, agri-automation,among many others, and received valuable feedback to improve their solutions. In addition to technical inputs, the mentors also offered assistance by providing resources and connections with other relevant experts in the domain Some notable researchers from WUR who are involved in this activity are Dr Aneesh Chauhan, Dr Cor Wattel, Dr Corne Kempenaar, Prof Elke Westra, Prof Jaclyn Bolt, Dr Jan Verhagen, Prof Peter Van Der Heijden, and Dr Sander Janssen.
